Doesn't yours have a computer that tells you all that? Mine does, never got above 44 though even on a long run!

King Gaycharger, butt plug dealer, Sheldon Cooper and a BAC but generally a niceish fella if you dont mind a northerner

Rotherham, South Yorkshire

I've got an A4 TDi 130. Think the MAF sensor is fucked. Economy is down from about 52MPG to 48MPG for a round trip to Leeds and sod all the rest of the time.

Mine does about 40 -42MPG towing a mini/metro on a big ass trailer.

44mpg is my best ever, on a motorway run, driving it super carefully. 40mpg on a run is achieveable without too much effort. With the trailer on and full of stuff if will usually do 34mpg or so. However you can still overtake artics like this so still plenty of grunt there.

My mum's old A6 had this setup. That wasn't much worse than her 320DAT at present. Bit strange really as the old Audi A6 is using 1880 techniques. Well, this was before the cams wore out of course. Tom, are you changing your oil frequently? Don't trust the VAG intervals.
