Which valves do you use seals on?

All valves?
Just exhaust?
Just Inlet?

my heads only got them on inlets seems ok

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

wont fit the exhaust stems as they are too big. they can pop off and jam a valve open. on NA heads its ok to use on all 8.
