Nope i havent bothered. know exactly what you mean though, basically rigidly fixing the back of the subframe to the toe-board.

i bolted my subframe to the car; got a flat piece of stainless steel and cut it to the length of the flat part of the subby then bolted it to the toeboard in three places. my subby is fully solid mounted also and bulkhead box is full seam welded. didnt bother with the triangular pieces though. ““A turbo: exhaust gasses go into the turbocharger and spin it, witchcraft happens and you go faster.”” - Jeremy Clarkson

My subframe is stock and bolted in the original mounting points only. I wouldn't bother with the 'belt and braces' approch personally... On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

I have my front subframe solid mounted, seam welded the bulkhead box in, and also have bolted the front subframe through the shell with a spacer bar between the subframe and bodyshell, and also some large plates inside the car to spread the load.

The very first car we converted we used an alloy strip i think 1" x 3/4" by 10" long and this was used as a subframe/bulkhead brace but found it not necessary.
