Don't really know what to look for in a good performance intercooler

Sierra Cosworth 2wd or 4wd intercooler, which ever one you can fit in your application. You wont get a better one with out paying mega bucks for a custom alloy jobby

I'm planning on using the smaller one on our Miglia, mounted across the front.

This type is heavy as well as they have cast end caps.
