This years Santa Pod calender has arrived! Just in time as we only commented that the workshop was looking bare!
The only downer is that they have put the RWYB price up a fiver! I dare say the queues wont be any shorter!

First 5 port miniturbo to make over 200 bhp on a carb?
First 5 port miniturbo to make over 200 bhp on Injection?

TBH from previous visits, the only time I will go to Pod is for MITP or similar, they are robbing bastards.

Yup i would have run at mitp but they wouldent let me do just one run.

so for me 20 quid for one run seemed abit of a rip off.

i dident fancy doing more then a run on an engine bolted together the night before.

A fiver cheaper gets you the haggard pit return road of York *laughing*

Santapod is a bit of a trek for us Noortherners. I have yet to experience Santapod raceway. And yes, MITP would be the only time i make the effort, same goes for Avon, but that event is starting to loose the plot, especialy with the dull Brumy commentator come organiser. (did we ever get to the bottom of the N2O legal or not debate?)

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

Personally I prefer Shakespeare County - don't get the chavs or the long delays that always plague Pod. Although I will most likely go to MITP as I enjoy the event as a whole.

That may be, but it takes them so god damn long to prep it and to clear it when there are problems.
