i've got my intercooler sorted, thought i would be different and got a side mount from a skyline gts-t which fits neatly in the mini grille.

i used a bit of light sand paper foled over to rub the core down a little being careful off the fins!!!

a dusting of matt black is the paint of choice i believe "Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun"

If you can, get it put in a chemical bath then get it chemicaly blacked. You can buy the agent to do this of the shelf, that way it gets ito all those hard to reach areas and you dont have to worry about clogging up your vanes with paint. My brother treated all the exposed bolts on his VFR like this and it worked a treat and looked the nuts. Own the day
