yep,

just drilled a 14mm hole up some solid, and put a slight taper at the inlet with a cone cutter so the o ring would go in.

I've done it before mate, pop down one evening, and I'll sort it out for you. I've also got a jig made up to hold them, when welding to manifold

ah scooby lump, of course!

in that case, i'd say of the cuff that (assuming you have a plenum for each bank) you want plenums of about 1500cc each.

Im just about to do some on my fiesta, drilling the holes is easy but im more interested in working out the right angle/how far down the port they should go (and what deapth to have them at)

i welded the bosses on first and am going to drill them on the mill at some point.
