I would imagine ABS would make it without A panels if you asked. They have a 1 piece one without at least.

Are you planning on running coilovers or cones on the front?

thanks for all the compliments! I got a bit inspired yesterday when it started to look like a car again, so am going to the garage tonight aswell I think :)

I am planning on running cones as it works and is not any heavier than coil overs (well probably not much at least) and it works:)

At the rear it was a no brainer as it saves so much weight.

The rear arms needs some threads for rose joints, and then I can make the brackets for them and fit them to the car.

Plan before paint prep is this:

-Make brackets for brace bars
-make brackets for engine mounts
-make brackets for rear arms
-make strengtening piece for tunnel braces on cage
-knock down the edge on the roof to make the CF roof fit.
-enlarge turrets for the rear coilovers
-properly finish the cage
-work a bit with doorgaps
-make brackets for bootlid

Think thats pretty much it before the sanding starts.

Should be done in a couple of weekends I hope as I am trying to get it in colour before christmas (going to be tight!).

There are 13 more bars to go in that cage aswell btw *happy*

Wow looks really nice.

How are you gonna get the towerbolts in with the rollcage in the way ? Or does it just look like that from the photo ?

the cage is made for 76 and newer shells, so I actually had to place the tower tubes differently because of this, to be able to fit the bolts either side of the tube. Normally the tube sits further out towards the wing.

thanks guys!

Went by the garage for a few hours today aswell. Bolted in the rear screen and made the brackets for the brace bars and engine mounts. Also made the brackets and fitted the bootlid.

Attempted to knock down the edge for the roof, but I am just unable to make it fit properly. It just seems too small. I will start another thread about this I think.... :/
the list now looks like this:

-make brackets for rear arms
-make strengtening piece for tunnel braces on cage
-enlarge turrets for the rear coilovers
-properly finish the cage
-work a bit with doorgaps

started on the rear suspension.

Mostly done on one side, but still need to clean the brackets up and make it a bit neater. It all works and are on-car adjustable though.

Sorry about the lousy pics, forgot the "proper" camera.
