If need be I've got a couple of friends that work for Durbin Metals and I've got ally sheet from them in the past although it comes in 1m x 2m sheets which may be a bit bigger than you want. If you want I can find out how much a sheet is. Isambard Kingdom Brunel said:

There is an eBay "shop" that I found yesterday (quite literally, I needed some round section for my phase sensor) who do little bits, not bad prices considering the cost of aluminium at the moment, and very fast delivery (It arrived today!)
