we have had an offer on one of the houses 10k less than was paid for it 18 months ago so i dont think to bad considering the climate, we will try and push a bit harder as we know the lady loved the house size and its located 5 min walk from her work

i dont think its that simple Rob, we have two houses both worth around the 150-160k mark both seem to have only dropped about 10k, we have looked at houses that have dropped from 330k to 250k

didn't realise the market has gone that extreme down south; Scotand is a little more stable with a few exceptions

Our house went on the market in May 07 at £420k. We moved in in May 08 after paying £330k.

i'm looking for a place at the moment, only trouble is these online estate agents allow you to search by number of bedrooms, town, flats, semi, etc but they dont allow you to search by single or double garage, who gives a toss about number of bedrooms |
