Just wanted to see what people thought, did not want to send loads, halfors is £15 and Rolson is £10 though no life time guarnetee Edited by philc on 13th Jan, 2009. |

I have a 99p one from ebay, chinese import job. When I was at uni we got it on the polished calibration blocks and it was bloody accurate, better than my lecuters expensive jobby |

I had one from aldi a couple of years ago, it's still going strong! Don't think you can go wrong with either. You get what ya pay for at the end of the day! |

i got the halfords one a few weeks ago, not had a problem, seems accurate enough |

Accurate and precise are two different things. Accuracy means that it takes a measurement which is close to the true dimensions.
