Ive just changed the six bolts on my preverto clutch. to nice cnc ones from MED now the problem i see is that the shoulder that locates in the back plate is shorter on the new bolts than on the original bolts from minispares. and will only stick out past the drive straps by one mm or so.
That mini is determined to Kill me!!!! |

I have no washers or lock tabs, just good ol' loctite :) On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

loctite there.... I am not sure thats the best idea. it gets hot, and not many loctite likes high temperatures |

I use loctite on those bolts without locktabs aswell.... never had any problems but there is always a first time!! thanks for the info :) That mini is determined to Kill me!!!! |
