Costa del Northern Ireland :)

Ive just changed the six bolts on my preverto clutch. to nice cnc ones from MED now the problem i see is that the shoulder that locates in the back plate is shorter on the new bolts than on the original bolts from minispares. and will only stick out past the drive straps by one mm or so.
is one millimeter enough to locate in the backplate??
I could remove the washer below the head to give me a bit more length, but I dont like the idea or do you think it would be ok to not use a washer?

I have no washers or lock tabs, just good ol' loctite :)

loctite there.... I am not sure thats the best idea. it gets hot, and not many loctite likes high temperatures

I use loctite on those bolts without locktabs aswell.... never had any problems but there is always a first time!! thanks for the info :)

Torque em leave em no tabs or loctite never had a problem.
