I have a USB stick which I am having problems opening. I have tried it on 3 computers and get the same problem each time. I plug it in and under "My Computer" it still pops up under the same name "TOSHIBA (E:)" but it is labelled a folder instead of a drive. When I click on it I get a message "E: Access Denied".

When I first plug it into my own laptop it aotumatically opens and acts as normal. I just can't open it when I go to "My Computer" and click on it.

Any advice for a computer retard?

Not willingly anyway :$ I did think that maybe I inadvertently put a password on it. Is there any way of checking?

Some USB sticks install software on the PC which is needed to access it. If you don't have the rights to install the software on the PC then you won't have access to the USB stick.

I hate those "better" sticks. If I want software on it, I'll install it myself. And by the way, you can't remove the software from the stick even from the computer from which you can access the stick.
