Yes i know its green.........

Its been resprayed from its original colour and i need to patch some areas up as a temp solution.



i dont think ive seen it on a mini before, so any ideas what its from?

there are many variations of BRG though.....

perfect red i think is the colour, god knows what all this green nonsence is on about its RED!

so its def not a mini colour then.

what would be the best way of finding out (if tm fails me for the first ever time)? can someone like halfords paint match? or is it a trip to the local bodyshop and flick through the books?

try a colour match, it might come up with the exact colour you have on there system :)

im not sure if halfords do it anymore in swindon they used to, or try rover colours online see if there are any images of the same colour?

hmmmm it does look simular i will pop into halfords tonight on the way home and ask if they colour match.

Failing that i'll find a rover 25 for sale and go and chheck out the paint lol

Your going to have to go to your local paint factors and get a colour match

Yep go to a paint factors, forget halfords. The paint factor I use even if I know the colour will mix it to the standard recipe and then go out to the car with a sample and then he will add a bit more of this and that to get the match as best as possible.

isn't ther esomething like 8 or 9 variations of BRG?

8 or 900! They used to paint horse drawn ploughs BRG!
