Chaps and Chappets, Ive got a Piper Dizzy thats off my S Engine, im going to sell it on to fund an MJLJ for it instead.

Can anyone tell me much about it

The Number is 41419 E 45D4 -------------->3474

As far as i can see from this its a modified GT Dizzy.

However theres a piper number

Which is PIPER 31 AT 4500

Does this mean 31 degrees at 4500rpm???

This is stamped on the Vacuum Advance blanking PLate as seen in the pic.

Any info would be great

I would assume, as you, it means the dizzy gives full mechanical advance of +31 degrees at 4500 rpm

+31 seems quite alot!

1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

thats not too much. The one for my 1191 engine is max 36.... From swiftune.
