Are these reusable, or are they stretch jobs?

The exhaust manifold is blowing, and I think head off is prob the easiest way around it :(

VADIS is no use as usual lol

done a T4 manifold in place , T5 should be the same. its fairly straight forward if a little sore on the back, dont think any bolts were particularly hard to get too

hmmm, once the heat shield is off theres a bit more space, but to lever the turbo/manifold back off the studs it all has to be disconnected (water, oil suuply and returns), and thats a major, MAJOR pita itself...then the brake master cylinder is sat there in the way...

wonder if i could double nut the studs and just slide the gaskets in/out and then replace the studs...hmmm

searching the net it appears the studs are generally reusable, tightening in stages to 20nm/60nm/90degrees

if its the same as the T4, the exhaust manifoldgasket comes in individual sections for each cylinder, no bother to notch the stud holes accordingly and slide them in. levering the manifold back gives plenty of room to do this :)
