For sale Aquamist water injection.

I baught this a few years back in the intension of fitting it on the mini when finished.

Am needing to free up some cash to actually get it finished is the reason for sale.

I no there has been mixed thaughts about these on minis but il let you decide.

i said this to my tutor at college the other day because we were talking about things manufactures do to reduce knock/det.....

i asked whether any manufactures run any sort of water injection systems as a way of running higher power/compression etc etc.

to which he said, the problem with water injection is that it actually raises the combustion temps and leads to more problems, and how some manfactures use it (subaru and nissan) on their intercoolers (completely different fucking thing) at this point i switched off and thought "im so glad i actually have the internet/knowledgable people to tell me things that are correct"

i had a tutor once who said inlet valves are always smaller than exhaust on cars!!

and his cv was clicking on his rover 200 so he just changed the boot n wondered why it was still clicking!!

Or Mitsubishi/Proton/Hyundai 3 valvers.

no he was talking about ALL engines!!!... he said ill take you to the workshop and show you all the heads down there and proove it!!... we went down with the class and he showed me a zetec head and a honda head... and what do you know!! they all got bigger inlets!!....lol

then he got all sheepish and said yeah it takes a big man to admit hes wrong... but he never admited it walked off and everyone laughed!!
