Can anyone help direct me in the right direction, i have a mini shell that i am starting as a project and would like to use a turbo but unsure what engine to use, also can the engine i use be mounted onto a standard front subframe. Thanks! Chris

read as much as you can, dont spend any money until you are sure you know what you are doing.

Also plan the goals of your project what do you want: road car, weekend warrior, track car, drag car etc etc.

Do the shell first, get it solid before you do any modifications. Then trial build you're car and modify anything/everything that you need to.

That way when the paint is finished there are no 'Oh shit!' or 'where the fook can I put this' moments. It will be like bolting a kit car together *happy*

Take your time and be patient as most on here will admit when some of us did our builds this sort of srvice was a pipe dream.

All I can say is as you go along things will become obvious and like most you may develope a nugget of information thats not on here. No rush paint your picture.
