Hi, if i was to fit a metro turbo engine to my mini, can i use a standard front subframe or does it need a modded one? if a standard one will do, do i need any extra parts?

I'm going to answer this one as I'm not so sure a search will reveal the answer- I've not seen it asked before as most people take it for granted.

Why? Seemed reasonable enough to me, written in coherent english with punctuation and a thanks at the end, its better simply in the level of politeness than many questions we see on here in my experience.

It was most subframes from 1990 onwards, depends if you want more room for the turbo or more room for intercoolers etc... Don't forget the engine steady as mentioned and the rod change. |
