Anyone know where i can get an electrically controlled air 'tap'?

what i want to do is plumb a 'tap' into my dump valve trigger hose so that i can then basically turn the dump valve on or off (ie OFF for general pottering about, ON for when hoofing!) from inside the car.

i could do it with a std ball valve, but then i would need about 3m of hose, and that wont be any good for the dump valve triggering time etc.

so electrical is the way forward. just got to find one... or at least know what ones called.....

anyone any ideas?
