Coming out of the Cartgate roundabout in Somerset going up the a303 I couldnt catch up with the lorry in front of me. Now I know my replacement car whilst min is in surgery is a 1.1 Fiesta but surely it should'nt be that bad.

Thought Id share it with you, now please..take the piss!!

My 1.3 Mini cant keep up with lorries either so its not just your fiesta thats crap.
Also if the lorry is carrying an empty container then they do accelerate quick and without a container they go very quickly.

without the limiter fuse in lorries are bloody quick!! most normal cars (1.4-1.6 etc) would catch one running empty witout the fuse!!

And on the 7th day........... God created turbochargers!
