hi all, ive been away from this site for qute a while now, some really nice cars still being built on here, well done for everybodys work thats been put in just read ben's blue clubman project, awesome!

ive decided to sell the turbo engine from my mini to raise funds for a diffrent project (i wont tell you what as you'll all give me grief)

abit about the engine;
i bought it as a block and head from a lad who and my mechanic mate built it for me, when i bought it it;d had new shells + rings allthough the pistons n rods look brand new aswell, but i cant confirm this! i believe its 1340cc the head has been ported and polished, piper cam (unsure which one)
it has a reconditioned turbo what i exchanged for some other parts from jon h (i think thats him, from wales with a yellow mini??)
it is complete with -31 actuater, bleed valve, front mount intercooler setup, turbo down pipe, carb, inlet manifold, exhaust manifold, fuel pressure regulator, facet electric fuel pump. starter motor, alternator. it has new water pump, oil pump, clutch, thormostat, plugs, leads, dizzy cap, rotor arm, everythings there you could convert your mini with everything you need here in a weekend.

the engine has done less than 700 miles since rebuild, and has never been rolling roaded or set up properly so im unsure of the power figures,

im asking ?1,250. any questions please feel free to ask.

To be perferctly honest I know it is over priced for a bit of an unknown.

I'd take the time to take the head off, find the exect CC, BTW there is no such thing as 1340cc, it is 60thou that equates to 1330cc.

With the facts all in place and some more pics and convincing facts you should get a sale, but not for £1250

if it had a straight cut box/lsd and a lighter pre verto flywheel you may stand a chance at that price for a second hand engine in good condition.

I am only trying to help before someone comments, am i wrong?

Good luck,

Jon..XX back at ya.
