What is the bore of the piston, that is the important bit. If that is different you could have problems. Knowing Rover though it will be the same.

I would say it is the same. the repair kits on ebay are GRK3006 which are teh same as mini ones |

well the piston n all that looks the same its just the position of the resivior!!
