looking for a bit of guidance here.

I'm just about to get new cam bearings, centre main strap and undercrown cooling jets fitted; the first 2 are standard fayre for the machine shop, however they have not carried out the machining for the cooling jets before and have quoted me an hourly rate.

I've plenty of confidence in their work but need some ideas on timescales - could anyone give some guidance on this? either that or anyone fancy doing the work??

cheers

Rob

I've been quoted £38/hr plus vat, although i'll likely get something off for cash.

leeds/wakefield.

in that case for £38.00 an hour they better know what they're doing . rememeber to let them have a the crank and rods, so they know where to position the jets,
