Hi guys.

I'm going to replace the original fuse box with a larger blade fuse box. At the same time I need to wire up two electric fans, is it naughty to wire both on one relay? Or should I have one per fan. Also the electric fuel pump should be on a relay as well??

What matters is whether the relay/fuse/wiring rating is adequate for the combined current. Read the currents off the two fans, add them and then decide (most relays are either 30A or even 40A)

Any engine with EMS would require it (as the EMS decides when the pump should run, not the ignition switch). If it's a high pressure pump I would use a relay even on a carb'd engine.
However, IMHO, the more important thing - if the pump can generate any real pressure - is to wire it through an intertia switch. Even without EMS there are ways of wiring it (through a relay) that shut it down if the engine stops (ie, using a feed from the oil pressure switch, or the earlier Ford/VW timer relays), but when you really want it to stop is in the event of a shunt.....

Just my opinion....

Schrödinger's cat - so which one am I ???

IT's one of those questions, that if you have to ask then you already know the answer...

I would wire seperate relays for everyting. Don't forget you're inertia switch for the pump *happy*
