Following on from this thread:

I am producing a batch of baffle trays (which can be seen in above link).
I will be ordering the aluminium tomorrow (Monday 9th February) and will start on them as soon as its recieved.
Orders so far are:

Sprocket x1(later)
Paul S x1
PaulH x2
Mini_Surfari x1(later)

Please add to the list if youre interested

Shouldnt be more than a couple of weeks.

Could you redesign it so that it uses the standard boltsholes here and there?

If so I'd be interested. I alos don't see the point on having a plate over the speedo drive shaft. Just extra weight *wink*

Very true Vegard about the speedo side. My first design only covered whats necessary and also bolted to the centre oil pick up mounts but kept cracking between the slot for the COPU and the screw hole for it at the front of the case, hence the new design.

Just drill holes all over it, several 2" holes will take some weight out of it.......................................

The new design is fine, dont change it.

Are you not forgetting surge? these will reduce, but not eliminate it.

As theres a large demand now, would you like a deposit to cover costs of ordering in the material? I have no problems paying upfront.

There are 4 fixing screws (supplied) drilled and tapped into the case
