I know a few people hear have Midgets so hopefully someone can help. Basically my gasket kit came with everything you'd expect bar the two rubber half moon seals that go at either end of the crank, however there where two strips of cork (about 3/8" x 3/8" x 6") are these meant to be used instead of the half moon seals or am I setting myself up for an oil leak?

Hi Rob,
The cork is instead of the rubber.cut a bit off the length but still leave them proud so they squash down a bit when fitting.Use a lick of bathroom silicone seal all round the sump and on the cork. *wink*
