i'm after Bills dvd, just out of curiosity mainly which is why i cant justify spending £25 on it.

i also need 16 alloy wheel nuts that have the long internal thread and large washer like this

The wheel nuts look like the revolution type.

Mambas are pretty much like that too but I don't know if the OD and length of the sleeve bit is the same across all makes.

Theres several different lengths avaialable in that nut, so be careful or you will be snapping studs or have wheels falling off

i have 8 wheel nuts you can have, they are definatly revo ones, sold to me on TMF as "standard wheel nuts!!!" i'll get a picture for you.

Avonbar stock a lot of wheel nuts, but they may be more than you are looking to spend.
