im looking for more power out of my a-series, dont know much about turbo'ing a mini, so im looking for some pointers as to what i need to do! cheers.

to be honest im not sure of a budget yet, iv looked on mirage motorsport and for a standard t2 and a manifold is like £740. so thats a starter, what other bits and bobs would i need to cope with the power increase.

Phil has written a nice easy to understand guide to tubocharging a mini.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

There are two reasons for using an A+ block.

1. You leave the old proper blocks to us smart people.
2. It's much easier to fit a turbo dizzy if you're running one.
