Does my turbo look like it has been butchered by the previous owner?

Is it an oil feed?

U can just about see on here that the Part shown above bolts onto the bottom of the turbo, but is it the right part? only there's 2 bolt holes there that aren't used, one of which has been snapped off.

Also theres 2 little bronze outlets on the main outlet which goes to the carb inlet. What are these 2 bronze connections for?

Holy Sh1t that is one majorly f**ked with turbo...

The banjo bolt is the inlet, and is meant to be at the top, with no more than 25degrees from vertical instanaltion angle. That looks like a 180degree instalation angle...

that piece of sh1t pipe is meant to be where the return is...

Throw it in the bin. If it's been run like that, it'll be pretty f**ked. Lord knows what other botched surprises are contained elsewhere...

makes you wonder why he didnt just take out the little fans inside.. they do interrupt the airflow you know

Nothing else on it has been taken apart, just those 2 parts. The owner told me he was to stingy to buy the correct parts, so he made his own.

He even used silicone instead of a proper gasket on the home made bit lol, yeeeehaaaaaaa cowboy!
