how far does the wastgate actually need to open on a t2? im in the process of making up a exhuast adapter to get the metty elbow onto the t2 and it would make my life a lot easier if it doesnt need to open more than about 5-6mm? the metty one doesnt open any more than this, but can anybody tell me if the t2 is the same?

And on the 7th day........... God created turbochargers!

The R5GT wastegate arm can move through at least 90 degrees...

However, I'd have thought it would never need to open more than 6/7mm of axial travel on the pushrod from the actuator. Don't know how this relates to the actual wastegate disc travel, but you can figure that out easilly!
