who can leave bad feedback the seller or buyer or both? no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

i thought both, if you the buyer leaves it then the seller can also leave it |

WAHOO! i won a item, quite expensive 285 quid. i wanted to collect it and test it worked ok but the seller said he would only post it as collection wasnt possible due to the fact he works mon-fri lol. and altho his advert didnt say collection in person i couldnt see why it would be a problem. and to top it off would only post item out when the funds had been transfered into his bank from paypal. so i rekon the said item is faulty as he also said no refunds sold as seen. he now threatens me with bad feedback lol. no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

if you paid through paypal and the item is faulty you have your money back...pretty simple. ive been stung a few times like this but the item wasnt faulty i was just ripped off! |

paypal have taken money from me when i had nothing in there. went into minus funds and then started getting court threats while i was trying to sort out getting my money back as the item was not faulty.

well i aint paying for it without trying it i havent got money to be losing, its a shame really coz it were a good price. hes already relisted it anyway lol no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.
