I'm going through some clutch diaphragms as the moment, and none of them have any paint on them so I don't know what is what. Can you tell what spring is fitted by measruing the thicknes off it?

Whilst on the subject... I have one with a blue stripe and one with a green stripe. Are they standard ones?? One came from a 1275 and one came from 998.

green - stock small bore engines

Don't suppose you could measure the thickness of the springs so we can build a table

That is very strange. A lot of (OE) clutch manufacturers use the colour designation - and I don't know of any 'reds'.

You haven't got an orange per chance have you?

Don't think so, it was sold to me as a grey. Don't think an orange would cope with what I throw at it. It may well have been splodged by someone at some point when balancing it.

My grey is 2.6mm, it's hard too measure though with the slight curve in the spring so it could be the same as Wil h's 2.5mm.
