if anyone has a worn out 190 mm plate about they dont want and were going to throw away one day, if i could have it for an experiment , that would be great .

how many 190mm non verto plates are there?

also somthing to watch for is some cheap plates have 190mm material on a 180mm centre so the friction material just overhangs, I would imagine the overhanging stuff would get not much clamping force on it.

Dont think Rover ever fitted a non sprung 190mm plate

But

If you look at the new generation Minispares plates, it looks as if they use the sprung plate outer and fix it to a non sprung inner *wink*
