1.5 roller rockers (for sale/swop)

ok then, i'd preferably like to swop these 1.5 roller for a set of 1.3 rollers to go with my ph2 cam

i took these out of my 1.1 which was running perfectly, and i only removed the engine to replace it with a 1293 turbo whilst it's off the road for some welding. i dont know what make these are, but its been suggested they may be from Minisport.

are the rollers offset within in rocker arms, or central?

cheers, was hoping they were central for small bore heads, but alas not...
