I have got the bottom of why the mini is running like a bag of shite, a little screw that fits just before the manifold has fallen out.

I think I might have! I will check tommorow for you. I have a scrap 40 somewhere I am sure all the brass screws are still in it. |

i have two, one that is hollow and has a rubber o ring the other is solid with no o ring... which one do you need? |

the hollow one with the o-ring fits over the accelerator pump jet, further back from the mounting flange. The solid one is the cover for the progression holes port, that is the one he needs. |

After a mini company has sent me the wrong screw, this is still required. If I remember correctly it is about 7mm in diameter, not 8. something.

Not sure if he comes on here much now, but if you can get hold of "danboy" on here I am sure he will be able to sort you out, he rebuilds webers and knows his stuff.
