Hi

I am building a 1071 (or rather 1191 cc) road engine.

I am going to build a helical close ratio (S ratios) box for it, and have this laygear pictured (its the 1040 type laygear). Is it useable? the car wont have loads of torque, and will not be used on trackdays and such.

IMHO I wouldnt use it.

You clearly have your doubts about using it as you would not be asking the question *wink*

Thats my opinion though :)

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be...
So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...
