First mini turbo to get in the 12's & site perv

Bonjour Chaps!

Could someone tell me the length of a std top engine steady (The dog bone style one), from bolt centre to bolt centre?

I have one that hasnt be molested

What were the exact years and to which models were the two different types fitted?

How many cars were produced with each type? *Shooting*

King Gaycharger, butt plug dealer, Sheldon Cooper and a BAC but generally a niceish fella if you dont mind a northerner

SPi's have the engine a bit further forward in the subframe so that the injection manifold will fit

Dragging this one up from the dead as I have been searching for this info.
The length of the standard 21A1109 steady arm as used on all pre 1990 minis is 6-3/8"
So there...
