i like the ARB, its nice and simple. The rest looks a bit heavy, the toe adjustment on the spindles is a bit strange? why not just do it on the other bush, they have done it for camber so surely its just a case of turing the bits around 90deg!

Top mounts look a bit dodgey! too

Good inspiration tho.

I quite like the toe - anything on an eccentric is better than pulling shims apart and doing it that way. It also moves only the piece you want to move - the hub...

Like you say; good inspiration.

Does anyone else think those brackets will twist before the ARB does anything useful?

Yes, the exchange rate now really reduces margins on USA made parts, or makes them unattractive on price.

For myself, I don't want to go back to an un-anodised, water-jet cut front plate, but I am making nothing on the prices that I'm selling them for today.
It is clear No-one will pay 35 quid (plus shipping) for them, but It is barely worth my effort at 30 quid given the assembly time, packaging time and trips to the post office.

Right now, I'm selling inventory. Once that is gone, economics will dictate if I'll make another batch. *oh well*

There must be alot of force on that outer bolt near the stub axle under braking though?

I looked at them, but wasn't so sure they would if the ARB is in like with the pivot axis of the arms as the majority of the load would be into the deep shear plane of the U sides. Only a small offset however, and then the two sides of the 'u' would parralelogram however.

Not really, rear brakes are low effort. Just compare that geometry to front-end geometry (like the section around the holes on the stock tie-bars). Forces are high, but the cars aren't heavy!
