Personally I would keep it ALL until you've stripped the turbo lump and found out what's shagged and might be better from the N/A one.

split it and distribute parts around the house, My mum questioned me the other day as to why there was another crank in the box that already has a block and a crank in that currently is residing in the spare room under a bed. my response was that I didn't want them going rusty in the garage! You need both engine mounts, from what I can gather you are going T2 turbo so.
