hi,

i have this piston in my turbo engine AE21251
and i cant't find good info of it.

and is it a good choice foor turbo use?
(i don't think becase 1 of the pistons is damaged badly)

can anyone help me?

Thats not the original turbo piston (20831)...

If one if damaged theres no point taking a risk...

Their may be a couple of numbers, but I think most would be 20831's

21251s are shite pistons sorry. They have no place in a Turbo-engine.

Slot behind the oil ring, inferior alloy to the 21253 for instance, and wide ring pack.

Not to mention the fact that they don't come anyhere near the top of the block at TDC.

these pistons do sit lower in the bore. Had some in a decked block before.

I was confused by the "the" which probably was supposed to be "they".

The oil slot is the same as the 21253 *wink*

its a shite piston becase it is broken after 250 km

but were can i fint a standard turbo pisten (or +20)?
becase i only find a +40
