if I have my fuel pressure hose disconnected from the pressure reglator and than turn on the ignition switch The fuel comes out with short flows of fuel and air.

For anyone who is interested: It was my fuel pickup fallen of to the bottom of the tank. making the fuel level to low to suck out of the tank.
