I am having some problems with my clutch.

I have put a 1989 turbo lump into my mini which was origianally a cable operated clutch (as many of you already know). So I changed origianal small arm for the long one which goes all the way up to the slave cylinder. I have bled the system more times than i can remember but it still wont go into gear with the engine running. Can it be adjusted at all to give more movement in the throw arm with the hydrolic system??
Any advice would be appriciated

Cheers Rob

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

Hows it going mate?

Anyway you need a short verto clutch arm (if you've not changed the clutch for a non-verto one, verto's standard on an '89 turbo) and also fit a complete verto clutch slave assy.

You can just see the sloping setting on the left of this pic

No problem mate. should work fine with a verto setup on there. Mine worked straight away.

Be good to see some progress pics. *happy*
