i've been through the search's and found that the BK450 is the one to use, is this the standard metro turbo gasket? will i be able to get it in my local car spares place or is it a rover part? ““A turbo: exhaust gasses go into the turbocharger and spin it, witchcraft happens and you go faster.”” - Jeremy Clarkson

Its a gaket made by Payne... so any where that sells those should be able to get you one :)

that is the actual part number of the gasket (payen bk450) so any good parts suppliers should be able to get one if your local cant get them then any mini shop should be able to.
no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Yep the Payen BK450 is a superb gasket, pretty much identical to there AF470. The only difference being a special sealing ring on the rocker oil supply hole, so if that is available locally, it will also be fine:) -MINI CLUBMAN 1380 TURBO- |
