You need a 127 tooth gear for a Mini pre-engaged starter.

Will that fit on your spridget flywheel?

Paul -not sure,I have no idea of the relative diametewrs of the Mini and Midget flywheels, but the Marina /Ital used a pre engaged starter with some models, so there must be an option there somewhere,I guess. This is probably the wrong forum to raise the isssue, sorry guys.
