Hello, my project as kind of kicked off today, i brought a bare metro turbo challenge engine and picked up a mini yesterday with a 1275 in, what can i use from the 1275 engine eg starter motor that kinda thing?

The obvious bits you need from the Mini are the engine mounts, especially the bits of steel brackets (and alloy adapter block) at the fan end as the engine is mounted differently to the Metro.

Be careful about the flywheel and starter motor - the combination of ringgear teeth and starter motor pinion is different on a pre-verto flywheel with an inertia starter compared to a verto flywheel with a pre-engaged starter..... and some of the aftermarket flywheels have non-standard ringgears anyway.

But, as above, I would keep everything you can, certainly at least until you have it running the way you want.
