Hi All, I am new, but have been reading along for a few months .

I livie in Holland, but I am a UK citizen. Please ignore my Bad spelling, i was moved to Holland at the age of 9 so my english spelling has de-graded and my dutch is not mutch better *oh well*

I have my own small company rebuilding and servicing another Brittish icon , Landrover's , But i had a 1983 mini before i owned my first landrover, i sold the mini *blush* after it was rear ended, by a tw*t on his mobile.

two years ago we (girlfriend & I) got another mini (1990 998 studio2 edition), it was striped and and all bad spots were welded up but after an accedent my girlfriend had with a small car she refused to use the mini as she was afraid of small cars as we know the mini is not the strongist little car on the roads these days , so the mini was parked up in a dry warehouse in bits.

As my girlfriend will not drive the mini i diceded to keep her for myself and make a little car just to anoy the modern Tdi's GTI's etc somthing that modern cars will have dificulty shaking off around and about town *happy* , that were the turbo comes in.

so after ive finished a large project for a coustomer of mini the mini will be rebuilt compleatley and recive a large hairdryer ( turbo ) *happy* as I rebuild her.

The intention is to keep the mini looking old and not stick out like a sore thumb, the only giveaway will be an internall rolcage (just incase) nobody shuld be able to tell by looking untill it leaves the lights *happy* .

I intend to make foto's as i go , and write down all the mods i make on the engine and car. so all can see.

I Hope all my qestions will be aswerd, thou i have alrady found alot of info just by reading the post's For which I Thank You ALL!!

P.S. Your grasp of english spelling and grammar is far better than a lot of people who live in this country!
