Hello everyone,

I am convinced I was a sinner in a past life as I have three Mini's in my family which I look after.

I have a 1967 MK1 which I am rebuilding, my wife has a Sport 500 and one of son's has a modified 1978 Mini 1000.

I am particularly interested in EFI, in particular running Megasquirt on the Siamese Port head.

Welcome John....

If you're thinking of MS on the 5 port head, have a good read... There is the easy way, a simple electronic carb (usually refered to as "wet manifold", basically the same as Rover's SPI), or there is port injection....

Port injection (similar, but hopefully much better, than Rover's MPI) is for the brave at the moment. Paul S leads the way thanks to some brilliant MS code that a guy called Jean in Canada has written..... I'm running last at the moment and I'm not sure how many people are inbetween (they are very shy and won't admit to it...).
