the geo ont the metro uprights are considerible different to mini uprights, i was under the impression that metro 4 pot calipers could fit on mini uprights (not 100% sure though) i have the uprights which the calipers came off, only thing is they are partially stripped 1972 998 TURBO SLEEPER |

Metro hubs aren't required with metro calipers. just the flanges if you are running venteds and some era caliper bolts available from minispares If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Doesn't bother me if they are stripped as I'll rebuild them anyways. Just as long as I can get the hubs and calipers then really I'm sorted. Just another set back before riv run. |

I will shortly have a set of KAD alloy 4 pots available complete with drive flanges, 7.9" solid discs and almost brand new Mintex 1144 pads. I will want fair money for them though!

Bit pricey for me. I couldn't warrant that amount for how much use it gets. Thanks for the offer tho, think I'll settle with the metro calipers as they are up to the job aswell. |

Longy how much would you be after for the calipers alone now that I've sourced parts? |

The Meccy 4 Pots are just bloody heavy!

abit OT but if the scrub radius is set properly then a mini on metro hubs should be fine.
