Force Racing ICT Dept Manager Miglia Turbo Am frum Yokshyer tha noes!

Ive noticed i can get some very nice oil lines from the US with lovely anodised fittings, but theyre all in bloody -AN fitting. All i can find is an to unc but obviously most oil coolers work in bspt? i think.

Do i need AN-8?

Or is it not possible at all.

Cheers

Mike

An-8 Is 11/16 UNF thread from memory, Most oil coolers are as you say BSP, so you will need an adaptor to go from one to the other, the seating angles/threasd are different so wont seal.

You can get mocal or setrab oil coolers with -an threads.

Just buy an oil cooler with AN fittings. Earls do them.
